REFUNDS & RETURNS
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. Double Boxed TCG expressly does not accept refunds for change of mind.
In the unfortunate event that a product has been damaged in transit, please contact us. Any items purchased without Insurance will not be covered for loss or damage by Double Boxed TCG
We must be advised within 48 hrs of delivery of damaged goods, or within 30 days of faulty products. We will advise you on methods for you to return the product to us. On receipt of the problem goods, we will immediately send a replacement if applicable.
To cancel an order for unwanted goods we require immediate notification by email to orders@doubleboxed.com.au
We will advise further instruction once notified. If the goods have already been dispatched, you may return the parcel unopened, however delivery fees are not refundable. Once received and in original condition we will be able to process a refund.
